Purpose. This Waitlist Agreement places the Applicant on the Elyssian British Shorthair waitlist for upcoming litters. It does not reserve a kitten listed as Available today.
Waitlist fee. After approval, the Applicant pays a $500 waitlist fee. That is all required to secure a place. The $500 is part of the $1,100 kitten purchase price and is credited at adoption.
No specific kitten guarantee. A waitlist place does not guarantee colour, pattern, sex, litter, or delivery date.
Updates. Elyssian will contact the Applicant with litter news, possible matches, and progress while kittens grow.
Matching & balance. When matched, the remaining balance (typically $600) is due under the Adoption Contract before go-home.
Refunds. The $500 fee is refundable if the Applicant withdraws before a kitten is reserved or matched. After adoption, all sales are final.
Go-home. The kitten leaves only when the full $1,100 is paid and documents are complete, typically at 12-14 weeks.
Truthfulness. The Applicant confirms all information provided is accurate and that they are 18 years of age or older.
