The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Unpkg, and some photos from Pexels. Those services may receive your IP address as part of a normal page request.

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies. The admin sign-in uses a Firebase session cookie or local session storage so a signed-in owner stays logged in. Form spam protection may store a short timing record in your browser. We do not sell data or build advertising profiles.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry and waitlist records only as long as needed for the adoption journey, legitimate follow-up, and legal record-keeping - then delete or anonymise them.

Pages send security headers that block framing and unexpected scripts, and forms reject oversized or repeated submissions. No online transmission is completely secure; please do not send card numbers through the enquiry form.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+) making household decisions about kitten adoption. We do not knowingly collect data from children for waitlist or purchase purposes.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as practices or laws change. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we publish revisions.
