Purpose. This Reservation Agreement holds a specific kitten listed as Available for the Applicant named below.
Reservation fee. The Applicant pays $750, credited toward the $1,100 purchase price. Remaining balance is typically $350 before go-home.
Hold. While this reservation is active and in good standing, the named kitten will not be offered to other families.
Suitability. Elyssian may decline or cancel if information was inaccurate or the home is unsuitable for the kitten's welfare.
Refunds before go-home. The $750 fee is refundable if the Applicant withdraws before transfer, as confirmed in writing at signing.
Go-home. Remaining balance and a signed Adoption Contract are required before collection or shipping (typically 12-14 weeks).
After adoption. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds after transfer except as expressly stated in the Adoption Contract.
